1. Public Blockchain Data

Your public wallet address, token transfers, ticket purchase hashes, and prize disbursements are public records on the EVM blockchain. We do not control and cannot delete on-chain transaction history.

2. Information We Collect

For registered accounts, we store email addresses, hashed credentials, and optional contact details for agency distributor compliance. We NEVER collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.

3. Data Protection & Security

All off-chain records are protected with industry-standard bcrypt/argon2 hashing, encrypted transmission, and rate-limiting.
