1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting an EVM wallet, registering an agency or user profile, or submitting a transaction to LuckyNova smart contracts, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Agency Distributor Licensing

Agencies are granted non-exclusive regional distributor rights capped strictly at 20 positions per country. Agency fees ($2,500 total, with $625 registration fee and $1,875 balance fee) are non-refundable once allocated on-chain.

3. Lottery Mechanics

Lottery cycles are strictly capped at 100,000 tickets at $10 USD (40 NOVA). Draw results are provably fair via commit-reveal HMAC randomness and cannot be cancelled or altered after draw execution.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

LuckyNova operates on decentralized blockchain infrastructure. Smart contract interactions involve inherent cryptographic and network gas risks.
